01 Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data that almost every website receives automatically.

• Information you submit through our contact form: your first and last name, business name, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and the message you write. Our form does not ask for a mailing address or payment details.
• Information you send directly: if you email or call us, we receive whatever you include, typically your name, contact details, and what you’re reaching out about.
• Automatic technical data: like most sites, our host records basic server logs such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding general traffic.

02 How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about a possible project.
• Provide, schedule, and deliver the web design and related services you request.
• Send quotes, payment links, and project communications.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

03 Service providers we rely on

We use a few trusted third-party services to run the site and our business. When you interact with the site, limited information may be processed by:

• Formspree processes and delivers our contact form submissions to us.
• Netlify hosts the website and maintains standard server logs.
• Google Fonts serves the website’s typefaces; loading them shares your IP address with Google so the fonts can be delivered.
• Google Workspace, our business email, where your messages and form submissions arrive.
• Stripe: if you become a client and pay via a Stripe payment link, Stripe securely processes the payment. Card details are entered with Stripe directly; we never see or store your full card number.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. We only share what’s necessary for them to perform their service.

04 Cookies & tracking

Our website does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and we don’t run third-party ad networks or social media pixels. Some service providers (for example, Stripe during a checkout) may set their own cookies that are necessary for their function. If we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy first.

05 How long we keep it

We keep contact inquiries only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the project plus any period required for our records, taxes, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

06 Your choices & rights

You’re always in control of the information you share with us. At any time you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that’s inaccurate.
• Delete your information, where we’re not required to keep it.

Just email us at nolan@dunndigital.co and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional legal rights. We’re happy to honor reasonable requests regardless of location.

07 Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

08 Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party websites (such as a payment page or a client’s site). We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
